This place is great! I had the chimichanga lunch, and my husband had the steak tacos. The salsa Verde is spicy, and I would put it on everything! The staff is very kind. We enjoyed ourselves here and will come back again when we are in Milwaukee!
We were greeted warmly and sat as soon as we arrived! Lovely waitress and fantastic service. I am confident this place serves the best chile relleno in MKE, and I was in love with the salsa verde. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and spent the subsequent three hours flat on our backs in a food coma! The sign of a truly fantastic place!
Really good so far. I've ordered delivery to our office a few times. Pozole is really good and a great value. Enchiladas are good. Will need to stop in for an in restaurant experience soon.
It was awesome. The food was excellent. If you like spicy, then ask for the hot sauce. This can become our go to Mexican food. Funny, I think we might have been the only Anglos , non-spanish!
Being a Mexican with a Mexican mother who cooks at a Michelin star level (in my humble opinion), finding a good Mexican restaurant is hard. It's really hard. So when I came to this restaurant and tried their gorditas, sopes, and tacos (I'm wary of trying dishes that are more time consuming to make like Mole, Pozole, or Tamales) I was blown away! My rule of thumb to see how good a Mexican restaurant is by how good their salsas taste. Everything tasted great! Highly recommend. Buen provecho!
