I recently went to Gina’s beauty salon for a hairstyle and eyebrow waxing. Mind you I’ve came to this exact place since I was a kid, I ahead of time made an appointment for what I wanted. I get there and well everyone was behind on everyone which messes everyone and everything up. I got there at 12:25 and my appointment was at 12:30. I didn’t get attended till 1:30. I got attended and the lady seemed to be rushing through as fast as she could which already was making my experience this day a little overwhelming. Overall my hair looked beautiful even though she was rushing, now comes down to my eyebrow waxing. This part or the service honestly is the reason why I would be rating this place a 1 star. She started doing my eyebrows and she dropped wax on my shirt. And when she says she finished I go up and pay for my services. I get in my car and opened my mirror to see my eyebrows just to see they are completely ruined. And she was also trying to fit people who didn’t have or make appointments into her schedule as if she didn’t have enough on her plate already. I honestly loved this place but they completely ruined my eyebrows.
I love Ana no matter how long it's been she is always there helping me get my hair back together. Being mixed with Cuban and Mexican gives my hair a unique texture and is hard to manage. Well Ana makes it look easy. She even styles my hair to fit my face. I love going to see her. I would Recommend her to anyone.
Anna was my hair dresser. She did an amazing job with my stubborn coarse Asian over dye hair with box dye. She took her time and ensure that I was happy leaving the salon . Thank you Anna for taking good care of me. The price was reasonable based on the length and thickest of my hair. I highly recommend this hair salon.
