I am a black American but I often get my haircuts at Latino Barber shops. I went here on the fly looking to get a bald haircut and a lining on my beard. The experience was as good as I expected. The barber did a very good job. I usually choose Latino barbers because as a black American sometimes I get tired of listening to the topics that we tend to talk about in our own Barber shops. So when I go to a Latino Barber I don't have to be bothered with the humdrum. I enjoyed my haircut and I think it was a good quality cut. If you want a good haircut this is a good place to go. My total out-of-pocket was $30.
My uncle, a retired veteran went there on s Saturday morning to ask to get his hair washed and blow dried.....3 guys working...no customers at all said none of them do this kind of work on hair. Since my uncle lives on their block....and is a great tipper...I was shocked at this trashy customer service and behavior. Very disappointed today. 1 star.
The only place my kids go for their haircut. The barbers take their time and my boys get a perfect cut every time.
Walked in for a haircut, and no one bothered saying anything. I asked two barbers if they were busy, but they said they had appointments all day when clearly they were sitting in the chairs on their phones. Horrible customer service, the only good and kind barber they had was Cristian but he is now gone.
